Banquet preparation is never easy. There are always lots of things to take into account: menu, agenda, service and decoration. We offer expert assistance in banquet organizing and catering.
Organizing a banquet involves preliminary menu composition and upfront payment to secure your order. Dishes on the menu have to be selected well in advance, at least two days prior to the banquet date. After selecting the dishes, the client makes a 10 % down payment. If, for whatever reason, your banquet is cancelled, give us at least a one-day notice and we will refund your deposit in full.
When placing a banquet order, the client signs a service contract with our restaurant. The contract specifies all the banquet conditions and comprises the menu approved by the client. All the additional conditions are agreed on with the restaurant manager.
The banquet hall of the Yuzhnyi Dvorik restaurant can seat 200 people. The minimum number of people for a banquet is 10 guests. If your banquet has fewer guests, please contact our restaurant manager who will definitely come up with a perfect solution for you. You can change the number of people in your banquet not later than 1 day before your event.
The minimum order value per person is 2,700 rubles.
Decoration is always a significant part of banquet planning as it creates a festive, joyful atmosphere. Our specialists will help you achieve that, or you can use the service of a professional designer or decorate the banquet hall yourself.
