Restaurant menu

The Yuzhny Dvorik restaurant menu has everything guests of a countryside resort love: hot shashlik on birch charcoal, hearty hot soups, home-made khinkali and manti, seasonal dishes from the chef. We aim to show that Caucasian cuisine isn't just meat: the menu includes vegetable starters, pkhali, ajapsandali, lobio and trout in walnut-pomegranate sauce.

Must-try dishes:

  • Lamb rib shashlik — marinated to the chef's family recipe;
  • Khinkali with beef and pork — hand-made, cooked to order;
  • Khachapuri Adjarian-style — baked in a wood-fired oven;
  • Ribeye steak — marbled beef, cooked to your preferred doneness;
  • Pike-perch ukha (fish soup) — on a rich broth, with saffron.

Besides mains and starters, the menu has over 20 salads and starters, signature desserts from our pastry chef, a wide tea and coffee selection and a solid wine list — whites, reds, Georgian semi-sweet, Russian sparkling. A separate kids menu with clear portion sizes and no spicy seasoning is available.
